With Effect from 5th October 2009, the VFS service charge for Non Immigrant Visa is as follows:
Service Charge
- VFS service charge – N 5502 (including 5% VAT)
- UBA Plc charges – N 298 (including 5% VAT)
Total Service Charge – N 5800
VFS Service Charge: N 5800
The above fees are not refundable. You must appear for an Interview
within 1 year (365 days) from the date you purchased your fee receipt
from UBA Plc. If you do not appear for an Interview within one year
after the purchase of your fee receipt, it will no longer be valid.
The receipt is deemed as utilized once the interview has taken place,
and cannot be used to make a subsequent appointment.
After you have paid the application fee, please keep the UBA Plc
fee receipt for your records to carry for submission at the Embassy
/ Consulate, which is valid for one year from date of issuance,
to your scheduled appointment date.
Each applicant, including children, is required to pay a non-refundable,
non transferable logistic fee (service charge) of:
N 5800 (inclusive of bank charges), whether the visa is issued or
refused. The service charge must be paid at designated UBA
Plc branch for scheduling interview appointment at the Embassy
/ Consulate.
Note: If you are Nigerian citizen resident in the U.S., to
obtain a Visa Fee Receipt from UBA Plc , please fax a copy of your
passport's data page to the person in Nigeria assisting you. That
person will have to submit the clear fax to UBA Plc in order to
get a fee receipt issued.
IMPORTANT:
The VFS Service Fee Receipt is valid once purchased. You may attempt to schedule interview if the dates are available for scheduling.
