No-show
Applicants who fail to appear for their scheduled interview appointment
at the U.S. Embassy/ Consulate are considered as 'NO SHOW' applicants.
If you are a No-Show, your VFS service charge receipt is considered
as expired. You will be required to purchase a new VFS service charge
receipt.
Please Note: Your Visa Application fee receipt or MRV fee
receipt is valid for a period of 1 year (365 days) from the date
of purchase and entitles you to one appearance at the Embassy /
Consulate. You may not purchase a new MRV fee receipt if it is still
valid. Please check the validity of the MRV fee receipt before you
proceed for your appointment.
Steps to proceed for a 'NO SHOW' applicant to schedule a new appointment:

Pay the VFS service charge of N 5800 at UBA Plc and obtain the VFS
service charge receipt, inclusive of bank charges and VAT.
Note: The VFS Service Fee is validates once purchased.

Return to this website and click on "How do I Apply for a Non Immigrant
Visa" - "Schedule an Appointment" link after the fees have been
paid. You will need to use your passport number and VFS service
charge receipt number to schedule an appointment.

Report to the U.S.
Embassy /Consulate on the appointed date and time of your
visa interview. You will need to bring your printed appointment
letter, visa application forms, 2 recent
photograph (taken within the last 6 months), current and
all old passports and the original UBA Plc MRV fee receipt towards
U.S. visa application for $140. Applications without all of the
above and the original UBA Plc MRV fee receipt or with an incorrect
photograph will NOT be accepted.
