Cancel Appointment

Learn about the rules before you cancel your visa interview appointment.

• You can cancel your existing interview appointment up to 2 working days before your scheduled interview date.
  Note: Once you cancel your appointment, all your application data will be deleted from our system.
• You can cancel your interview appointment a maximum of 3 times. On your third cancellation your VFS Service Charge Receipt issued by UBA Plc fee receipt will be disabled for 60 calendar days. You will be unable to use the UBA Plc fee receipt within that period. VFS Service Charge Receipt will be automatically revalidated after 60 calendar days provided your receipt is still valid.
• Your VFS Service Charge Receipt issued by UBA Plc can be used to schedule a subsequent new visa interview appointment within one year from the date of its purchase. The fee receipt expires after one year. If you do not appear for the interview within 1 year, you will need to purchase a new fee receipt to apply for a U.S. visa
