Individuals who have a valid MRV fee receipt purchased prior to March1st 2011 and wish to apply for a nonimmigrant visa to the United States can register in the new appointment system till April 30th and schedule an interview. You will be required to produce the original MRV fee receipt at the time of your interview, failure to do so may cause your interview to be cancelled.
